Amazing leaders who are hands on and involved in the right way. This is the type of place where a strong/experienced recruiter will grow and do VERY well. The CEO is amazing, gets to know everyone, and so passionate about this company and it's people.
The compensation structure is very strong, too.
Cons
None, really. This is a great place for experienced recruiters who don't need training/handholding.

Pros
This is an organization that values people and relationships not transactional deals and number of dials. You will not be micro-managed but encouraged to do the job as you see fit and as it fits your style. We hire successful people and we try to help them just get better.
Culture is TOPS! You hear and long for a culture where people actually care and this is it. It took me over a year to let my guard down after being jaded by toxic cultures.

I have worked at StevenDouglas for 10+ years and couldn't imagine a better place to spend those 10+ years! From day one, I have felt respected, trusted and appreciated! Leadership and colleagues always have your back, and provide tremendous support and encouragement. I'll be at StevenDouglas until I retire!

StevenDouglas truly cares about their employees as well as all relationships. On the Finance and Accounting team all are experienced recruiters who care about those they help. Never will make a deal just to make one- but want the best for clients and candidates a like. The team is also a true team- always wanting everyone to succeed. More like a family then co-workers.

Pros
Many companies speak of wanting you to have a true work-life balance and how important having a positive culture is, but very few walk the walk. The leadership team is ethical, concerned with your well being as an employee. I truly believe this is the best leadership team around. Also, the employees are all people with extensive experience and knowledgeable about their particular area that they recruit for.

None. This is the best recruiting firm to work for in all of South Florida.
