Amy Conrad joins StevenDouglas as a Vice President of Executive Search, bringing 10 years of success in Executive Recruiting, as well as over 15 years of success as an executive leading and building sales teams. In her role, Amy will specialize in C-Suite, SVP/VP, and Director level searches centralized around, sales, client success, marketing, and operations, across an array of industries, including the Healthcare, Technology, and Professional Service sectors.

Amy prioritizes treating clients and candidates with respect, integrity, and candor throughout the process, and strives to achieve a positive outcome for all parties involved in every search mandate. Amy prides herself on building trusted partnerships, established through achieving a strong understanding of her client’s business needs and culture. As it relates to the candidates she represents, she always makes sure to treat others in a respectful manner and is diligent in nurturing mutually beneficial relationships.
