Previous to joining StevenDouglas, Britt worked for a boutique Executive Search firm, partnering with medical device and biotech startups. He has experience with a variety of organizations, including Venture Capital, Private Equity firms, Boards of Directors, incubators, university laboratories, startups, and small-to-medium sized enterprises in the Life Science industry.
