Britt Voss’ recruiting experience is focused on the Life Science arena, working with groundbreaking Biotech, Medical Device, and Pharmaceutical companies that are changing the face of healthcare. Previous to joining StevenDouglas, Britt worked for a boutique Executive Search firm, partnering with medical device and biotech startups. He has experience with a variety of organizations, including Venture Capital, Private Equity firms, Boards of Directors, incubators, university laboratories, startups, and small-to-medium sized enterprises in the Life Science industry.
Within the Life Science industry, Britt specializes in the following categories: R&D/Science, Engineering/Software/Algorithm Design, Manufacturing/Production/Operations, Project/Program Management, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Business Development/Sales, and Marketing/Product Management. He’s known for providing companies the freedom to build their organizations from early-stage development through commercialization.

Britt assists clients in establishing the problem they are trying to solve, and identifies the critical skills and experience necessary for the role. He’s able to distinguish between a company’s product narrative and a company’s hiring narrative to help establish how the hiring opportunity appears to talent in the marketplace. He also provides a full spectrum of organizational hiring, from early-stage development through commercialization, and at every level, from individual contributors to C-suite executives.
