Brittani Back joins StevenDouglas as Manager of Finance & Accounting Search for Central North Florida, bringing a strong background in talent acquisition and leadership development. She has spent the last seven years successfully placing top-tier accounting and finance professionals in the Tampa market, partnering with companies across industries such as manufacturing, construction, private equity, real estate, insurance, and financial services. Her career began in operations management, where she completed an intensive training program focused on employee development, engagement, and hiring strategies. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for identifying and developing exceptional talent, leading her to transition into executive recruiting.

Brittani takes a highly consultative and relationship-driven approach to recruiting, prioritizing a deep understanding of both her clients’ needs and candidates’ aspirations.
