David Burleson has been in Executive Search for over 20 years with a focus on Technology. He is well respected as a leader in the IT Search sector, having successfully completed challenging search mandates for some of the most successful organizations in the country. He joins the StevenDouglas IT Search team in the Tampa office, bringing significant expertise and trusted long-term relationships in the local market and throughout the state of Florida.

David is a trained Scrum Master, IT Business Analyst and SHRM professional with subject matter expertise in emerging technology and IT market trends. He has a comprehensive understanding of not only the specific needs of the clients he serves, but also the job placements he makes. Prior to joining Steven Douglas, David spent 10 years in boutique C-Suite recruitment and was a top producer and Presidents club recipient for one of the largest Search firms in the United States.
