In 2014 David became an Executive Search professional focused on placing CFO’s and Financial Officers. He consistently supports clients' staffing agendas during wide-scale re-engineering efforts, cultural redefinition missions, and challenging business strategies. David has a proven track record of delivering top-quality candidates who clearly make the difference for his clients, ranging from Fortune 500, middle-market, and, most often, Private Equity-backed organizations. His clients and candidates are of utmost importance to him, and he diligently collaborates with them closely listening to their needs.
Beyond CFOs, David’s area of focus includes assisting CFOs in building their teams, covering essential areas such as Financial Planning, Controllership, Financial Reporting, Corporate Development/M&A, Treasury, Tax, and Investor Relations.
The predominant focus of his professional journey has been dedicated to collaborating with and strategically placing individuals within the dynamic landscape of Private Equity-backed enterprises. Throughout his career, David has cultivated a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities inherent in this sector. On a personal note, David earned a double major in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Connecticut as a student-athlete. He had the honor of being a two-time captain for UConn’s Varsity Baseball team, played in the Cape Cod Baseball League, and was drafted by the San Diego Padres in 2009
