Delaney Edwards joins StevenDouglas as a Senior Recruiter in the Finance & Accounting Search Division based at the company’s headquarters in Sunrise, FL. This Florida native hit the ground running when she began her recruiting career, and since then has continued to grow her network, experience, and ability to create successful outcomes. Delaney prides herself on her drive to perform at a high level, working with clients across a multitude of industries. She has serviced and supported a range of companies from startups to billion-dollar, global corporations in their hiring efforts.

Delaney understands and focuses on the importance of ensuring the best match between clients and candidate that will create the most advantageous long-term result for both parties. She strives to add value in her work, aiming to make a positive impact on her candidate’s careers, and to help her clients succeed, by providing them with the best talent.

Delaney received a BA in Communications from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, where she also played Division 1 Tennis throughout her time there. Delaney was on the board of the FLVS Foundation, fueled by her passion to support and provide tools that allow kids to receive proper education. She also enjoys volunteering at Freedom Fighter Outdoor Events.
