Elaine Corse joins StevenDouglas as a Manager of Human Resources Search in the South East. Prior to joining StevenDouglas, Elaine worked with a global staffing and recruiting firm with a focus on Human Resources, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing Operations.
Elaine’s role with StevenDouglas, allows her to leverage her Human Resources Search expertise to ensure that she connects high-performing HR talent with organizations in the South East. She has vast knowledge and experience working in areas that range from HR Manager to Vice President level, along with specialties that include, benefits, payroll, compensation, employee engagement, and recruiting.
Elaine thrives on creating connections and developing long-term relationships. Her ability to connect with candidates and clients, to understand their needs and wants; has led to successful placements in multiple industries. Elaine has also led teams in the hospitality industry for luxury properties and organizations in Florida, Asheville, and Memphis. Her experience in sales, operations, and leadership have aided in a successful transition to executive search to work with high-level clients understanding their organizational goals.
Elaine is a Florida native and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Hospitality Management from Florida State University.
