Emmie Gibbs joins StevenDouglas as a Manager of Technology Search working from the Atlanta office. She brings almost a decade of experience in recruiting, with a specialized focus on delivering exceptional technology talent across a broad range of industries and companies of all sizes, including emerging VC-Backed SaaS and tech-enabled Service businesses. Emmie enjoys helping her clients build out their entire teams from leadership down to highly technical individual contributors.

Emmie believes in building genuine connections with others by getting to know candidates and clients alike to develop trusting relationships with the people she serves. She is a true believer in the adage “What goes around comes around” and always does what is right for the people she represents. Emmie is committed to acting ethically and always with integrity when aligning the right people with the right opportunities. Emmie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Georgia.
