Gillian joins StevenDouglas as a Manager of Finance & Accounting Search in Central and North Florida bringing her diverse experience in recruiting since 2016, working on both the client and candidate side of the business. Prior to joining StevenDouglas, Gillian started her career recruiting internally at the corporate level and later moved into Executive Search at a recruiting firm. She has experience working with clients and companies of all sizes, ranging from small private organizations to Fortune 500 companies.

Gillian credits her success to her strong background in recruiting, sales, operations, and customer service. She focuses on relationship-building, making sure to always take a transparent, and consultative approach to recruitment. Her goal is to consistently form genuine, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates alike. She is passionate about helping candidates recognize and fulfill their career potential, while simultaneously helping clients find and place top talent to support their organizational goals.

Gillian has been a member of the Junior League since 2016, where she served as Executive Vice President in 2021-2022. Gillian graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 2012.
