Natalie Escarpanter works as a Technical Recruiter for the Technology Staffing and Consulting Division at StevenDouglas and is based in South Florida. She joined StevenDouglas as a Junior Recruiter, and was highly successful in applying her previous sales and networking experience to the recruiting process, and was elevated into the Technical Recruiter role. Her strengths in recruiting, relationship building, and her tenacity have allowed for her natural progression and growth at the firm.

Natalie has experience working with a broad range of technology placements from Developers to Project Managers. She ensures seamless and continual communication between herself and the candidates she represents, ensuring maximum support to create the smoothest transition into their new roles.

Natalie graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Degree in International and Global Studies with a Minor in Russian Studies. Through her education and upbringing, Natalie speaks Spanish fluently, and Russian conversationally, allowing her to be a great asset with clients and candidates.
