She prides herself in never backing down from a challenge, and finds joy in sourcing difficult-to-find candidates for critical roles, to meet her client’s needs.

Pam has been growing her expertise and recruiting for roles on various experience levels and a broad range of industries, on a national footprint. She thrives working on diverse skill sets and is passionate about always networking with new candidates and clients. Pam prioritizes both client and candidate needs, ensuring the best match possible to create successful placements. She believes in bringing candidates to roles that fit their specific goals, only after actively listening to their professional desires and preferences. Pam puts great significance on advising clients and candidates on market trends, industry knowledge, and hiring solutions.

Pam graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Sciences-Business Media from Winthrop University. She spends her time volunteering in various capacities for the Junior Achievement organization, this program supports the youth organization in learning more about economics and careers.
