Robert Nutinsky joins StevenDouglas as Vice President of Legal Search with direct experience and success in legal recruiting since 2008. For over a decade, he’s specialized in coordinating attorney placements within law firms and corporations, assisting partners and practice groups with identifying merger opportunities and conducting strategic searches for employers seeking to acquire niche talent with specific skill sets. He has placed Partners and Associates with Am Law 100 firms and Fortune 500 companies, along with mid-market companies and boutique law firms.

With his extensive background and track record, Rob is able to quickly identify and tap into sought-after talent for clients, enabling him to find unique solutions for legal firms with various gaps to fill and specific needs. Rob prioritizes helping partners and associates explore new opportunities in a global landscape with a wide-reaching network that he’s been building throughout his career. He has also aided businesses with international openings, orchestrating searches and cross-border placements with clients in North America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

Rob is actively involved with a number of non-profit organizations and charities. He enjoys giving his time to helping the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and was previously a board member for the young adult division of the Jewish Federation of Houston. Rob attended Marymount University in Arlington, VA studying Mass Communications.
