Stephanie Dowling initially joined StevenDouglas as a successful part of the Human Resources team, and quickly was promoted to the Information Technology Search Division to apply the skills and knowledge she gained to an emerging practice. With the growth of the Cyber Security practice, Stephanie played an essential role in providing day to day support to the IT Search Division’s sales and recruiting team. She is organized, detail-oriented and has a strong background in candidate onboarding procedures.

After proving to be invaluable in the South Florida market, Stephanie expanded her role to supporting national IT recruiting efforts. She currently works on IT permanent and contract placements for both Florida-based and national placements, specializing in Cyber Security and niche technology roles.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors Degree, Interdisciplinary Studies. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at Equine Assisted Therapy facilities, helping mentally disabled children use horses as a means of therapy.
