Before joining StevenDouglas, Tina spent over a decade recruiting elite Finance and Accounting professionals in the DC market with various clients ranging from hypergrowth private equity backed firms to Fortune 500 companies. Her industry experience is vast and diverse, including Technology/Saas, Real Estate, Media, E-Commerce, Hospitality, Healthcare, Professional Services, Financial Services and Government Contracting. She specializes in working with current and former public accounting professionals as well as placing top tier financial and C-Suite leadership roles.

With StevenDouglas, Tina brings her extensive expertise in Finance and Accounting Search to the South Florida market. She is passionate about creating and maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Tina believes that building a foundation of trust is critical to her ability to support and advance those she serves.

Tina also brings an array of special skills, such as in-depth interview techniques and coaching, to the recruitment process. She believes in taking her time to get to know candidates to ensure she aligns any opportunity with both their professional and personal goals, as well as ensuring culture fit. Tina graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology.
