Vivian Rigal has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and corporate talent acquisition arena, working primarily with major, global corporations. She’s an integral part of the StevenDouglas team, with a focus on developing and acquiring talent for our Interim Resources group through network and partnership development.

With her previous experience in nationwide campus recruitment, the development of a Talent Acquisition department for a global cruise line, and background in C-suite executive recruitment, Vivian has an expansive view of talent acquisition. She believes South Florida has an extremely diversified pool of great talent with national and international experience.

Vivian prides herself on an innate ability to grasp business needs to identify and source great talent. Some skills that Vivian is known for are impeccable attention to detail, relationship building, reliability and communication skills.

Vivian has a very impressive history of building relationships with universities all over the U.S. to support students and work-directly with these institutions to identify top talent. Through these programs, Vivian has provided students with the tools and opportunities for success by offering experiences in real life day to day projects, interacting with senior leaders, and departmental projects.

Vivian graduated from Saint Peter’s College with a Business Administration degree, and is a passionate supporter of His House, supporting abandoned children.
